Request an Observation

There are moments in life when we realize we need help; a loved one has an accident; we run into problems when we urgently need to sell a house; there are difficulties in our relationship or family.  You want to ask for prayers, but are not sure what the best and most suitable one is.

Kopan Monastery can check which puja is right for the situation.

There are many different kinds of puja depending on the kind of problem, but also depending on the karma of the person who is experiencing the problem. We will check with a Lama which is the most beneficial puja for your situation, and will let you know the recommended pujas and the cost of the offering. If the matter is urgent we will perform the puja as soon as possible.

Pujas for the Deceased

According to the Buddhist belief, the seven weeks after death are considered most important to the deceased person. For this reason pujas are usually conducted every seven days, with a special puja done on the 49th day. Kopan Monastery can arrange weekly pujas or prayers for the deceased person during the 49-day period, by checking with one of our lamas on the most appropriate puja for the person.

If you would like an observation performed please contact us with the details such as name of the person/s, birth date and astrological sign if possible, and a short description of the problem or question. We will submit your questions to the lama and let you know his suggestion, together with the estimated cost of the pujas.
