Kopan Dharma Talks

While you have time ...

Check out the series of short teachings and meditations presented by lamas, geshes and teachers of Kopan Monastery. The topics of the talks are drawn from the Lam Rim teachings, the Graduated Path to Enlightenment.

Each talk is followed by 30 minute meditation on the subject of the talk. The meditations are guided by Renato Unterberg.

Teaching and meditation are best and most effective when taken together.

Khenrinpoche Geshe Chonyi opens the series with a short introduction and motivation.
