Everything come form the mind - our happines, and also our problems.  Our happiness and our suffering are dependent upon our own mind, upon our own interpretation of situations, and not on external circumstances and events

Presented here are series of skillful practical methods of transforming our problems into a tool to generate great compassion in us, and achieve everlasting happiness. Mind training teaching are more than ever relevant to our daily life. They assist us in identifying and overcoming our negative, limiting attitudes and concepts, and show us ways to transform adversity into advantage.

Learn how to change our view of problems from being something we dislike to something we appreciate.
