The world we live in is experiencing great changes. Dissatisfaction seems to be at an all-time high. Fear and anger drives much of our decision making. Greed, intolerance and self-interest seem to be more prevalent than ever.
If you are interested in Buddhism and the tools it offers for a more peaceful and happy live, but don't have time for a full course, then this is the course for you.

 Over seven days, Geshe Sherab introduces the 'Graded Path to Enlightenment', one of the foundational texts of Tibetan Buddhsm. Buddhism in general provides tools to understand our mind, how the  negative thoughts and feelings arise, and how to counter them. He will introduce methods that help you to let go of these habits. By developing a more positive, kind and patient attitude in your daily life, you can be of the most benefit to those around you, and make your life more meaningful.


Course Date: March 29  - April 5

Check in for the course at 3 pm in the afternoon of the first day (March 29).
The course finishes with lunch on the last day (April 5)

Course Teacher: Geshe Lobsang Sherab

Geshe Lobsang Sherab is a fully qualified Geshe. He teaches the monks at Kopan Monastery as well as Western students.


Course Fee:120 US$

This includes food, accommodation in dormitory and course fee.
