If you are interested in Buddhism and the tools it offers for a more peaceful life, but don't have time for a full course, then this is the course for you.

Ven.Kabir introduces the 'Graded path to Enlightenment', one of the foundational texts of Tibetan Buddhsm.  He will explain how to recognize where habits and concepts come from, and how they give rise to negative, distructive emotion. At the same time he will introducing methods that can help you to let go of these habits. By developing a more positive, kind and patient attitude in your daily life,  you can be of the most benefit to those around you.

Check in for the course at 3 pm in the afternoon of the first day May 24). The course finishes with lunch on the last day (May 31)

Course Teacher: Ven Kabir

Ven Kabir is an experienced teacher and monk, who also teaches in the FPMT Delhi Center.

Course Fee: 120 US$

This includes food, accommodation in dormitory and course fee.
